Responsibilities: In this role, the Salesforce Administrator will be helping to manage, prioritize, and escalate internal support requests Resolving issues and supporting new or enhanced functionality requests brought by end-users Performing User Acceptance Testing for both new and ongoing development projects Participating in change management efforts to improve our Salesforce implementation The Salesforce Administrator will be contributing to keeping our Salesforce instance aligned with best practices Required Skills : Top MUST have skills: Have enough knowledge to work with other Salesforce Engineer's and personnel to explain the functions and help create customized solutions using declarative flows and features (custom pages, views, dashboards, etc).
