The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce and Sitetracker platform to support our project and asset management needs, as well as developing custom solutions within the platform. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with various teams to ensure the platform's effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. Must reside in Hotwire market ( AZ, CA, FL, GA, Greater PA, NC, SC, NV, TX).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our projects and operations.
• Develop custom solutions and applications within Salesforce/Sitetracker to address unique business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain data integrity within the platform and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
• Train new users and provide ongoing support to ensure proficient use of Salesforce.
• Monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce updates and industry best practices to make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and training materials for Salesforce usage.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce settings, including user management, profiles, roles, security, and data access.
• Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into project performance and key metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce configuration changes.
• Collaborate with developers, and project managers to implement and deliver projects cohesively.
• Exposure to other platform capabilities such as Apex, Salesforce API’s or LWC’s is a plus

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• At least 2-3 years of administrator experience on Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration tools, including flows, validation rules, and data management.
• Experience with third-party integrations and Salesforce AppExchange solutions.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
