Small Base + Uncapped Commission

First-Year Target: $70K–$100K

We’re a fast-growing company in the smoke shop / alternative cannabinoid space , offering high-demand products like Delta 8, THCA, vapes, disposables, and gummies . We’ve got deep wholesale relationships, aggressive pricing, and a catalog that sells itself.

Some of our reps are making over $200K/year. They’re not unicorns — they just hustle, follow the system, and close deals.

About the Role:

This is an in-person, Irvine-based sales role where you’ll be calling smoke shops, head shops, and retail accounts across the country. We’ll teach you the playbook — you bring the drive, the coachability, and the hunger to earn.

We’re not looking for 20-year sales vets. We want someone with a couple of years of experience who’s still moldable and wants to grow into a top producer.

What You’ll Do:

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to retail accounts
• Prospect, follow up, and close deals
• Build strong relationships with buyers and store owners
• Master our product catalog and learn how to pitch it with confidence
• Help retailers move product — and keep reordering

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of outbound sales experience (phone, in-person, merchant services, etc.)
• Comfortable cold calling and hearing “no”
• Coachable and competitive — someone who wants to win
• Not afraid to grind to build something big
• Experience in smoke shop, cannabis, or Delta 8 space is a plus , not required
