Sales Representative (Base + Comission) - No Experience Required at DISH summary:

As a Sales Representative for EchoStar, you will engage with both new and existing customers to promote and sell DISH and Boost Mobile products through a consultative approach. The role includes providing excellent customer service, assessing customer needs, and developing relationships to maintain customer satisfaction. Without cold calling, you will enjoy uncapped commission opportunities and comprehensive benefits while contributing to a successful inside sales team in the telecommunications industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Successfully position and sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers
• Assess each customer’s needs and offer the best valued solution 
• Demonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenging calls and maintain your focus on larger goals 
• Effectively manage your time while engaging with customers, navigating systems, and handling real-time data entry
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our product and service offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain customer relationships

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $17.75/Hour - $34.87/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
