Sales Representative - eLoghomes

We are seeking a Sales Representative for eLoghomes, a national marketer and manufacturer of log home kits. The position is based in our corporate office in Nash County, NC. This is a fast-growing company with a differentiated approach to sales and marketing vs. the industry. The primary responsibilities of the role will be to achieve expected sales results from ongoing leads provided. This position has potential 6 figure total income.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales results expected
• Follow proven company sales processes
• Meet monthly objectives
• Fully utilize the company CRM software to manage communications and follow up with customers
• Presentation of promotional programs to potential customers
• Offer discounts, based on authority of position
• Provide updates to management on the status of opportunities daily
• Create contacts for approval internally, and coordinate execution with customers
• Some travel to NC is required for training

Depending on the candidate's skills and experience, a hybrid position is a possibility after 60-days.

Required Skills:

• Commission sales experience
• General knowledge of construction practices for new homes preferred, but not required (knowledge of log home construction is not required).
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Team player and strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, etc. )
• Prior use of CRM programs
