We are looking to fill this position at our Brantford ON location.

ACi Industrial is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator who will assist our Director, Sales and Marketing. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving both sales and marketing initiatives, helping to develop and manage strategies that support our brand and business growth. The ideal candidate will be adept in digital and conventional marketing and will have hands-on knowledge of construction or maintenance, allowing them to communicate our offerings effectively.

ACi Industrial, a division of Advanced Grain Handling Systems Inc., specializes in Industrial and Agricultural Projects. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who understands our industry and can enhance our brand presence while supporting our sales efforts.

This is a full-time position with immediate start availability. (This position is an on-site in-person only position, with no remote work option.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Oversee updates and improvements to our website.
• Social Media: Manage and create engaging content across social media platforms.
• Digital & Conventional Mail Outs: Develop and manage campaigns to reach our target audiences.
• Product Literature: Develop and manage literature, brochures and catalogues to highlight product offerings ensuring materials align with brand image, values and message.
• Brand Management: - Maintain a consistent image across platforms and actively support building and reinforcing the company’s reputation within industrial and agricultural sectors.
• Event Coordination: Plan, manage, and promote events that align with our company goals, including Sales events such as Exhibitions, Customer Training Sessions
• Media Relations and Publications: Interface with and manage relationships with external media, including journals, magazines and press. Oversee Media buys and develop case studies to highlight our successes and projects.
• CRM Selection & Implementation: Assist with selecting and implementing a new CRM system to optimize client management.

What We're Looking For:

• Marketing Expertise: Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management, minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience in Construction or Maintenance : considered an asset.
• Experience and / or Knowledge in Sales: considered an asset.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms, website management, and CRM systems.
• Creative Skills: Ability to develop compelling product literature and promotional materials.
• Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities to oversee campaigns and events effectively. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Other Requirements and Expectations:

• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in industrial, construction, or agricultural sectors, preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
