Residential Exterior Construction Project Manager Volpe Enterprises is hiring a Residential Exterior Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in North Wales, PA. Volpe Enterprises is a full-service design-build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add a skilled Residential Exterior Construction Project Manager to our team in North Wales, PA. We offer a total compensation package exceeding $100,000 . Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee co-occurring roofing/siding/window/door construction projects, simultaneously, to ensure proper installation and that Volpe practices are being followed Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance on all caseload projects Diagnose warranty issues regarding faulty roofs, siding, windows, and doors and develop project solution plans for clients, sales teams, and construction crews Collaborate with Production Managers to organize crew schedules and confirm equipment and material supplies necessary to complete project schedules Maintain effective, consistent communication with homeowners during all phases of construction projects to ensure customer satisfaction Utilize project management software to track quality control workflows, checklists, and other accountability tools Manage all addendums, vendor and trade partners collaboration, and construction material orders Attendance and involvement in regular meetings with Management, Field Staff, and Company-Wide training sessions Skills/Qualifications Ability to problem solve and ensure effective onsite solutions Willingness to provide ongoing training to crew members Working knowledge of all aspects of residential construction Exemplary leadership and customer relations skills Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential remodeling/building Employment is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 80 pounds, independently Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record Volpe Enterprises, Inc. has been family-owned and operated since 1970.
