Job Summary:
The Restaurant Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels for all food, beverages, and supplies in the restaurant. This non-entry-level position requires working 25-30 hours per week, with Saturdays being a mandatory workday. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, conducting audits, storing products from the truck, and ordering necessary items to ensure smooth operations. This position offers Sundays off, an annual college scholarship opportunity, health insurance, a 401K, PTO days, an excellent training program, a daily meal allowance, paid uniforms, and is not seasonal. The pay rate is based on experience.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking inventory levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems.
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 60lbs.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies regularly.
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
- Store products from the truck and maintain organized inventory storage.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues with inventory levels.
- Place orders for items running low and monitor delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to forecast inventory needs.
- Assist in implementing efficient inventory management processes.
