Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and consistent quality.
• Lead a team to achieve and exceed annual sales targets, with a focus on profitability and cost management.
• Uphold brand standards across all areas, including food preparation, customer service, and facility maintenance.
• Develop, coach, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Manage P&L statements, budgeting, inventory control, and labor scheduling to optimize financial results.
• Oversee both dine-in and drive-through service points, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of fast-paced restaurant operations and demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Current or recent experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of managing operations with annual sales of $2 million or more.
• Experience in QSR, fast food, or fast-casual concepts is essential.
• Proficiency in managing a blend of service styles, including both dine-in and drive-through operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team toward common goals.
• Solid financial acumen, including P&L management and budget oversight.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our client offers a robust compensation package designed to attract top-tier management talent.

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
