Job Opportunity: General Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant
Location: Washington, DC & Northern Virginia
Salary: Up to $80,000 + Full Benefits + PTO

Are you an experienced leader in the fast-casual or counter-service restaurant segment? We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to join our growing team and oversee operations in the DC and Northern Virginia markets.

About the Role:
As General Manager, you’ll lead a team of 10-20 staff members, managing operations for a restaurant with $1.5M–$2M in annual sales. This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive team performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in fast-casual or counter-service restaurant management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• A hands-on approach to operations and a passion for delivering results
• Experience managing sales in the $1.5M–$2M range
