Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential & Commercial Roofing Estimator located in Holly Springs, NC. The Estimator will be responsible for conducting roof assessments, preparing estimates for residential and commercial roofing projects, managing project budgets, and coordinating with clients and contractors. Daily tasks will include evaluating project requirements, creating detailed cost estimates, securing material costs, and overseeing project timelines to ensure timely completion.

• Knowledge in Roofs and Project Management
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Problem Analysis/ Solving Ability
• Ambitious for growth and development
• Experience in the roofing industry Minimum 3-5 years
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus

Essential Functions

• Accurately review specs, drawings , Details all other documents as needed
• Work as a Team with Operations for input on production and Logistics
• Obtain Material and subcontractors quotes
• Accurate take offs and pricing based on bid documents and project
• Building Communication with GC / customers
• Review completed Bids, submittals , Scope of work with Operation TEAM to hand off for production
• Physical demands my consist of occasionally accessing Roofs and exposed to the elements
