Remote Supervising Physician (California Licensed)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract / Part-Time

Compensation: $2,000/month for supervising up to four Advanced Practice Providers (APP's)

About the Role

Stallant Health is seeking a California-licensed physician to serve as a Remote Supervising Physician for our team of Advanced Practice Providers (APP's). This flexible, part-timeopportunity is ideal for experienced primary care physicians who want to make a meaningful impact without the demands of direct patient care.

The physician will be responsible for supervising up to four nurse practitioners or physician assistants in a telehealth and outpatient clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to up to four Advanced Practice Providers (APP's)
• Be available for case discussions, protocol guidance, and clinical support as needed
• Participate in periodic chart reviews and maintain compliance with California supervision regulations
• Ensure high standards of clinical quality and continuity of care
• Collaborate remotely via secure platforms and maintain documentation per regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California medical license (required)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine , or Pediatrics with experience treating adults
• Strong understanding of outpatient and primary care practices
• Prior experience supervising advanced practice providers (preferred but not required)
• Must be comfortable working in a remote-only role with strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Flat rate of $2,000 per month for the supervision of four providers
