The Commerce team is at the heart of Boulevard, driving critical tools like checkout, payment methods, vouchers, and memberships. These features help businesses increase order value, retain clients, and deliver seamless, reliable transactions in the self-care industry.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape key experiences that empower our customers, from crafting intuitive checkout flows to building tools that optimize revenue and client loyalty. Collaborating with Product and Engineering Leads, you’ll tackle complex challenges, explore innovative solutions, and create delightful, impactful designs that set new standards for commerce.

What you’ll do here:

• Work with product and engineering leads to define a strategy, establish clear success metrics, and tie efforts to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Own the design process end-to-end: from requirements, research, and design, to testing and guiding implementation.
• Transform complex problems into easy-to-understand user interfaces that deliver a delightful experience.
• Work with other designers to expand our design system and raise the quality bar for our product and industry.
• Contribute to the culture of a small and growing design team.

What you’ll need to thrive:

• Product design experience at B2B or SaaS product companies.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process including design research, journey mapping, content design, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and creating high-fidelity visuals.
• Experience collaborating closely with other disciplines including product and engineering.
• Maintaining a balance between creating great designs and continuously shipping.
• Focus on outcome rather than on output.
• Being comfortable with ambiguity and changes of a startup environment.
• Proficiency with current industry design and collaboration tools such as Figma.

Your starting budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $140,000 and $170,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
