AO: Globe Life is looking for an insurance sales representative to join our team. This position is 100% remote with flexible working hours with ample advancement opportunities for driven performers. New employees will go through formal training process, with regular meetings with mentor/manager to foster performance and success.

 

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with openness to coaching/training
• Driven work ethic with willing to learn and grow
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage time and work independently, particularly in a remote setting

Requirements: 

• Computer and phone skills - Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their financial needs. 
• Communication skills - Interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds to explain benefits.
• Relationship building - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships for client satisfaction and retention. 
• Willingness to learn - Accept and apply feedback to better performance and advance towards personal/team goals.
• Professional Life & Health License - Must be willing to invest in getting your professional license. If you are not already licensed, not a problem. We will guide you on how to get your license.
