** This is a 100% COMMISSION ONLY position

The EA Agency protects families with term life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, index universal life, and debt elimination by utilizing our proprietary technology and sales process. There is no cold calling , our clients fill out a form requesting information and our assistance. As a Team Leader, you will call to set up appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with clients and help them apply for the coverage. This is a unique opportunity to truly control your time, maintain that work life balance while establishing a financial legacy for your family.

Compensation

• Part-time agents have potential to make $50,000+ in the first year.
• Full-time agents have potential to make $100,000+ in the first year.
• Agency Owners are able to generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K + per year
• Our company has a streamlined lead generation system, so there is NO COLD CALLING involved. Only those who have requested the information will be contacted. Its 100% COMMISSION ONLY.

Responsibilities:

• - Scheduling Your Own Appointments From Clients Who Requested To Be Called
• - Build a sales team
• - Generate quotes for new customers and use e-apps to submit new business
• - Generate new business through our leads and referrals
• - BUILD YOUR OWN AGENCY
• - Process payments and service pre-existing clients (veteran agent’s only)
• - Follow A Sales Process Designed To Make Closing Simple

Requirements:

A LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE IS NEEDED- WE WILL HELP YOU GET ONE

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
