We are seeking driven and compassionate Remote Life Insurance Agents to join our growing team. In this position, you will work virtually with clients across Canada to assess their insurance needs, provide personalized recommendations, and guide them through the policy selection process.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others achieve peace of mind through financial protection.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their life insurance needs and goals.
• Educate clients on available coverage options and help them select the best plan for their circumstances.
• Manage client relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and renewals.
• Utilize company-provided tools and leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to sales, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with product offerings, technology tools, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Active provincial life insurance license (or willingness to obtain; training provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in life insurance, financial services, or sales preferred but not required.
• High-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Earnings Potential: $60,000 – $80,000 (Base + Commission + Bonuses).
