Role Overview: Engage with highprofile clients of a leading European digital bank providing expert financial advice and introducing cuttingedge banking products with attractive returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer support via calls emails WhatsApp and chat platforms for banking clients in the German market.
• Handle inquiries related to banking services account management transfers and more.
• Manage backoffice tasks including email and WhatsApp correspondence.
• Promote innovative banking products while adhering to transparency and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and report anomalies in applications ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Achieve set quality standards and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Preferably a degree in Business Administration Mathematics or Law.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint Access).
• Language Skills: Fluent in German at a C2 level.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Experience: Previous banking experience is advantageous.

Benefits:

• Fulltime position 38.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month) from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Permanent contract with a competitive salary of 20730 EUR gross per year.
