About the Role:
The Relationship Banker helps clients achieve financial well-being through deep customer relationships and a thoughtful understanding of their needs to offer the best and most appropriate personal and business financial products and services. The Relationship Banker also provides sales and service support to the Retail Store team. They will provide product solutions through ethical business practices and act in the best interest of our clients.

About You:
High school diploma or GED required.
2-4 years of banking and/or demonstrated sales experience.
Less than 2 years of experience in developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in a banking or retail environment.
Less than 2 years of experience in a lending function with loan origination and processing functions, or equivalent training.
Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with consumers and small businesses.
Must have access to reliable transportation for travel outside of the branches.
This position requires you to act as a Bank MLO, complying with the SAFE Act requirements.
Workstyle: Fully onsite.
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $21.00 to $26.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
