Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse - RNassesses, plans,implements, and evaluates care foragivenpopulation based uponage specificandculturalneeds.Thisisdoneinacollaborative multidisciplinaryapproachembracingqualityand safety. Assures quality of care by measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital philosophies and standards of care set by Arizona State Board of Nursing,, and other governing agency regulations. Coordinatesthe deliveryof patientcare for the Rehab Unit, facilitatesproblemsolving with staff membersand communicatesnecessaryissues tonursing administration and the Program Manager. ***Night Shift Position***
