We are looking for a registered nurse to perform the following tasks but not limited to:
Responsible for the initial Client Assessment ● Develop the Client’s plan of Care ● Verification of competencies for all employees ● Supervision of all in-home caregivers ● Assist Agency Director with Emergency Preparedness Plan.
Any other duties deemed necessary in the home care setting.
