What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in the home setting (East Durham, 27707)
  
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans created by a supervising BCBA
  
• Collect and record accurate data using easy-to-use digital tools
  
• Collaborate with BCBAs, fellow RBTs, and the clinical team
  
• Build a supportive, engaging environment that promotes growth and learning
  

What You’ll Need

• Active RBT certification (required)
  
• 1+ year of ABA experience (preferred, not required)
  
• Passion for helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress
  
• Dependable, compassionate, and motivated to grow in the ABA field
