Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Operations Manager to join their client's team. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing the operations within a construction environment and all aspects within the designated region, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all departments. Must be able to read blueprints.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
Monitoring key performance indicators and providing insights to improve business processes.
Ensuring compliance with all company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Leading and mentoring a team of operations staff to achieve performance goals.
Collaborating with other departments to align operational goals with company objectives.
Handling any operational issues that arise and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
