• Pay Rate : Up to $30/hr

Recruiter Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both staff and volunteer positions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and culture.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and community partnerships to expand the talent pipeline.
• Facilitate a seamless interview and selection process, including coordinating interviews and managing communication with candidates.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
