Position Summary:
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-potential candidates to join our team of licensed agents. You will focus on identifying ambitious individuals with strong social skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet monthly recruitment goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Communicate the benefits of joining our team, including financial independence and career growth opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to extending offers and coordinating onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on progress and performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within sales, insurance, and financial industries.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' potential and align them with organizational needs.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
