Key Accountabilities

1. Ideal candidates demonstrate confidence and experience conducting phone interviews, screening sessions, and expert communication over the phone.
2. Ability to develop new relationships with candidates through cold & warm calls.
3. Interviewing, screening, and hiring skilled trades manpower nationwide.
4. Exhausting all available resources, as well as creating innovative ways to identify and onboard skilled tradesmen.
5. Conduct in-person interviews, phone interviews, and locating talent that is a mutually beneficial fit with the culture at ULG Skilled Trades
6. Previous knowledge of skilled trades is not required - ideal candidate would have some sort of management or recruiting background.
7. Ability to organize and understand capabilities of skilled trade work groups and dispatch accordingly based on contractor needs and company priority

• Ability to quickly assess resumes to seek qualified candidates to contact for an interview/pre-screen.
