Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and recruiting within a staffing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
