💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and qualifying candidates to managing offers and placements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and top talent
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand their needs and deliver results
• Use creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates
