Overview: Job Title:Records Manager Location:Los Angeles, CA Job Responsibilities: Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Records Manager to work with the Base Records Manager team to perform Records Management functions at the Los Angeles AFB in support of the 61st CS. This is a pipeline position.The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform as the alternate BRM, as well as primary and alternate 61 CS Unit Records Managers (URMs). Perform Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) on each URM at least once every 24 months or upon request. Train other records professionals. Potential for regional travel to perform records management requirements. Other duties as required. Work is performed full-time on site in Los Angeles, CA. In compliance with California's Pay Transparency requirements, the following information is being disclosed. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the Trace salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition, Trace provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, company holidays and paid time off (PTO). Salary Minimum: $50,000 Salary Maximum: $86,000 Minimum Qualifications: Active, in-scope US Government issuedSecretclearance. Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements,US Citizenship is required. 5+ years of relevant experience. Desired Qualifications: Training in SharePoint/OpenText, DAFI 90-160 Publications & Form Management; DAFMAN 90-161 Publishing Process and Procedures Education: Bachelor's Degree or five (5) years of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience.
