Our team has more leads than we can handle and we are looking to hire two additional full-time, in-office agents this year!

$100,000 - $120,000 at plan

• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales

• Meet new people and add them to our database to develop new business relationships. This is a contact sport.

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Self-motivation and drive
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Must have a valid Real Estate License

• Must be able to work in-office initially, and willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed
• Fluency in Spanish would be a big plus but not a must

Compensation details: 100000-120000 Yearly Salary
