Terri Bias and Associates is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Intern to join our dynamic team in Clemmons, NC. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry by working alongside seasoned professionals. As an intern, you will explore various aspects of real estate transactions, conduct market research, engage with clients, and handle administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals eager to kickstart their real estate career and gain comprehensive industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assemble buyer welcome bags and listing information packets.
• Install listing signs at properties.
• Aid in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and online advertisements.
• Handle various errands as needed.
• Work closely with agents, brokers, and other team members to support overall business objectives.
• Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in all interactions and transactions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong interest in the real estate industry and a desire to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Basic understanding of real estate principles and practices is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary
