Real Estate Associate Location Nashville, TN (Capitol Hill Area area) :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Associate with a background in real estate research and administrative support . This role is ideal for someone with strong investigative skills, experience with property title research, and the ability to manage various legal and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct real estate document research , including:
• Property title searches
• Historical rights investigations (e.g., mineral, timber, severed interests)
• Review and organize survey documents , including scanning and digitizing for internal systems
• Enter property data into a GIS (Geographic Information System) platform
• Prepare and draft formal letters , contracts, and other legal correspondence
• Manage project bids , invoices, and payments tracking
• Maintain records management systems and handle general administrative duties
• Support team members with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (may substitute with 4 years of relevant experience)
• Minimum 4 years of increasingly responsible administrative or legal experience
• Strong understanding of real estate due diligence and property title research
• Proficient in data entry , document management , and formal writing
• Familiarity with survey and mapping documents and/or GIS systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
