Quality Manager

Salary $75,000 - $100,000 based on experience

Trulite  is GROWING!  We are looking for a Quality Manager to be based at our Lithia Springs, GA location. The Quality Manager is accountable for monitoring and supporting the manufacturing activities to produce a quality product that meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations through continued review and analysis of quality and production process.

• You are self-motivated, goal and detail oriented
• Defining quality standards, quality systems, and measures are part of your DNA
• You enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting, inspecting, and testing materials to ensure quality specifications are met. Problem solving is a way of life for you
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills You Bring:

• Minimum of five years of hands-on “on the plant floor” experience managing Quality Control/ Operational Standards in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent project management skills. Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Actively pursue learning goals for added opportunities in growth and development in production and quality.
• Skills to contribute to continued process improvement updating and writing new process procedures.
• Experience creating and understanding of workflow, employee relations and processes through hands-on experience with production equipment and working with production supervisor.
• Experience in training, motivating, and instructing employees engaged in process improvement, documenting, and recording activities.
