Overview:

Aegis is currently partnered with a global organization that focus on providing solutions for various markets. You can find their products in the Automotive, Energy, Chemical, Aerospace, Building / Construction, and medical industries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with quality management systems (ISO, ASME, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and regulatory compliance for ASME tanks and valve manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier quality and compliance programs.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effectsanalysis (FMEA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system to comply with industry standards and customer requirements for ASME tanks, balancing and control valves.
• Establish and enforce quality control processes and procedures to ensure product consistency and reliability.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, specifically for ASME certifications and valve industry standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and implement process improvements related to ASME tanks and valve manufacturing.
• Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
