Job: Q/A Tester As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing our cloud-based CPQ software and its integrations with other platforms (such as ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems). You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and implementation specialists to identify issues, validate new features, and maintain product quality throughout the development cycle. Perform manual and automated testing of new features and existing functionality. Test integrations between Hive CPQ and third-party systems. Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues. Validate user flows and ensure that our customers’ experience is seamless. Contribute to continuous process and product improvement through testing feedback. Why could you be a fit for this job? We’re looking for someone who: Has proven experience in software testing (manual and/or automated). Understands SaaS or cloud-based platforms. Has experience with integration testing (APIs, ERP/CRM systems, etc.). Is detail-oriented and methodical, with strong analytical skills. Communicates clearly and works well in a remote, collaborative environment. Is available full-time as a freelancer. Has a proactive mindset — you don’t just find bugs, you help prevent them.
