Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients in need, focusing on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Provide therapy and counseling to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with Psychiatric-Mental Health specialization
- Experience in dementia care, pain management, and outpatient settings
- Proficiency in Insync or similar electronic health record systems
- Ability to provide patient care in a community Mental Health care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and diagnostic tests
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical setting

Pay: $110,000.00 - $157,830.00 per year
