Job Description
SymplyFi is searching for an experienced business operations project manager to manage recurring business processes, client facing technical projects and hold internal stakeholders accountable.
The successful candidate will have strong project leadership experience as well as a complete understanding of the project management discipline, including project documentation & reporting.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the CEO.
The role requires 5+ years of project or business operations management experience in a small to medium corporate environment.
Critical characteristics of a successful candidate for this role include: relationship-focused, process-driven, metrics-focused, results-oriented, organized, and self-directed.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a full-time in office position, remote work is not an option.
Primary responsibilities:
Maintain organizational standards of consistency, quality and performance
Develop, implement and manage business projects and recurring operational processes
Ensure our service delivery projects are delivered on time, reflect exceptional business standards, and exceed our client expectations
Provide effective project reporting that leverages KPIs to ensure stakeholder accountability and business success
Provide project leadership, management and accountability for business team leads

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or relevant professional project management certification
Exceptional organization, time management, and leadership skills
Experience leading projects, driving communication and execution with cross-functional teams
Experience managing service delivery projects with lifetimes less then 90 days
6 years of progressive, professional business work experience
5 years of professional business operations or project management experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Up to 20% travel may be required
