What you will do Responsibilities include cleaning customers homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our process, and communicating with customers in a friendly, professional manner. If designated as team lead, you may drive a vehicle to manage the team’s schedule and ensure safe driving. The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies. What we offer Benefits & Pay: The pay range for this job is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed. Earn up to $22 per hour as a Team Lead. Weekly pay with bonuses and tips. No nights, no weekends. Up to 10 scheduled days off in your first year. Up to 40 hours paid vacation after the first year; up to 80 hours after 3 years. Potential to earn more with a company car and advancement opportunities. All cleaning supplies provided. Training provided. Uniform provided. Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States Complete a background check Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm Notes If hired, the franchise owner will be your employer.
