Location 3380 Fairlanes Avenue S.W., Grandville, MI 49418 Pay $17.00/hr – $19.00/hr (base pay). You can earn up to $22 per hour as a Team Lead. Guaranteed minimum wage of $14.00 per hour with the potential to earn $700+ per week. Responsibilities Clean customer homes to Molly Maid standards. Communicate with customers and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner. When working as a team lead, manage the team schedule, drive safely, and maintain equipment. Ensure the vehicle is loaded with the correct housekeeping supplies and perform basic cleaning equipment maintenance. Provide excellent customer service and follow all company procedures. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States. Complete a background check. Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks. Available to work Monday through Friday 8am–5pm. Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle (for team leads). Benefits Stable, consistent schedule.
