We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Production Supervisor to join our expanding manufacturing team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in managing and improving our production lines. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals in a fast-paced, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our production operations, ensuring that our manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. Responsibilities:
1. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
2. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
3. Oversee and coach employees.
4. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
5. Check production output according to specifications.
6. Submit reports on performance and progress.
7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
8. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
9. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
10. Plan and implement the production schedule, review and adjust where needed.
11. Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
12. Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of production management.
4. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
5. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
6. Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
7. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
8. Outstanding communication ability.
9. Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
10. Attention to detail.
11. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
