TRC Talent Solutions in is looking for Production Supervisor for our client in Griffin, GA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills to optimize efficiency and meet production goals. 

Job Details:

• $60K-$65K DOE + 7% Bonus Opportunity
• Shift: M-F 5:00am-4:00pm
• Location: Giffin, GA 30224

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day activities of production workers to meet schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor production volume and quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve production and material issues.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain production reports and documentation.
• Supervise and train employees, ensuring adherence to company procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a production supervisor role.
• Strong leadership, dependability, and reliability.
• Experience with assembly design and processes (plastics, sheet metal, molding, etc.).
• Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
