Will oversee a team of 14-21 people involved in plant production on off-shift. Will be responsible for managing personnel, material, and machining equipment. Will provide technical support and deal with complex problems in order to meet production schedules and requirements. Focus on productivity improvements. Will coach and mentor team members.
