Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the team by example, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Drive project progress with vision and leadership, building trust and positively influencing the team.
- Organize and run effective daily meetings to engage and empower the team, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
- Utilize resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to address both customer and internal challenges.
- Manage projects and time effectively, considering the overall production process to minimize waste and optimize media use.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on guiding and inspiring the team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing daily operations and project coordination.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
- A solid understanding of print industry standards, including prepress, and previous experience operating digital wide-format print equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of prepress, pre-flight, and print layout processes.
- Experience in project coordination, including client consultation and proofing.
- Operational knowledge with wide-format digital presses and finishing techniques (mounting, laminating, cutting, weeding).
- Experience or knowledge in installing window/wall graphics and various signage is a plus.
Skills Needed:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Consistent attention to detail with a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of Pantone Colors, CMYK, and RGB color.
- Awareness of various print media and substrates.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30/8 AM to 5/5:30 PM, with occasional flexibility for overtime when needed.
