Job Description
Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Line Assembler to join our team in Elmhurst, IL. Our company specializes in designing and assembling water chillers from scratch. As a Production Line Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble water chillers from scratch according to specifications and schematics.
Fit and braze copper tubing accurately and efficiently.
Wire basic electrical components as required.
Assemble brass fittings and ensure proper installation.
Read and interpret piping and wiring schematics.
Operate and maintain power tools and assembly equipment.
Perform quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet company standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
Must be able to work in the United States.
Must pass a drug test (DT) and background check (BG).
Proven experience in assembly, particularly in manufacturing.
Skilled in using power tools and assembly equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Ability to fit and braze copper tubing.
Experience wiring basic electrical components.
Knowledge of assembling brass fittings.
Ability to read and interpret piping and wiring schematics.
