Job Description

This position has extensive knowledge of the facility’s processes, products, and procedures that are used. This position relies on experience and judgment to accomplish goals. This position tests and evaluates processes and products and makes recommendations for improvements. Assists with the direction and development of entry level process engineers.

What to expect:

• Leads continuous process improvement efforts.
• Leads and directs plant tests and evaluation programs.
• Provides leadership, direction and assistance to the Technical Manager for the development of entry level process engineers.
• Prepares and presents technical presentations as required.
• Assists the Technical Mgr in the development of new product lines.
• Leads COPQ reduction efforts in the plant.
• Provides support to Department Mgrs as needed.

What we're looking for:

• 4 year Engineering Degree
• 2 yrs + Graphite manufacturing experience
• Microsoft office
• Green Belt
