Print Production Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the print production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Organize and conduct daily team meetings to facilitate workflow, prioritize tasks, and address challenges.
Apply prepress expertise to ensure accurate print layouts, color consistency, and proper media usage.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure print specifications are met and expectations exceeded.
Implement cost-saving strategies, minimizing waste while optimizing media usage and production efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printing, finishing, and color management.
Requirements
Proven experience in prepress, print production, and team management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and prepress processes.
Hands-on experience with wide-format digital presses, laminators, cutting, and finishing equipment.
Knowledge of Pantone Colors, CMYK, RGB color management, and various print media.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience with installing window/wall graphics and signage is a plus.
