Edit files using Adobe Acrobat and Adobe InDesign based on client and internal requests. Image plates according to job specifications. Prioritize what needs to be done based on the schedule on a daily basis. Edit customer files as requested/needed. Create Pdfs for customer approval. Troubleshoot equipment issues to keep machines running. Provide written communication regarding job issues to the department. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have the ability to work effectively in stressful situations and meet stringent deadlines. Be organized and able to plan, prioritize and follow through on projects assigned with minimal supervision. Possess basic computer skills.
