Understanding of physical, mechanical, and chemical properties of materials.
Familiarity with HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Defense, Traceability, Process Control, and Sanitary Maintenance.

Productivity : Achieve a minimum productivity level of 95% with support from other departments to minimize waste.
Maintenance : Implement 100% autonomous maintenance for all equipment to prevent process disruptions.
Training and Development : Foster employee development through continuous training, with support from Human Capital and Quality departments.
Process Improvement : Participate in process inspections and improvements as part of the continuous improvement system.
