Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 per year

As a customized solution provider and by working through a vast network of distributors, we quickly and efficiently serve many end use markets, including food service, healthcare, agriculture, commercial properties, manufacturing, education, governmental agencies and more. Job Details
Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe plant.
Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Responsible for plant production goals.
Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight, and repair expenses.
Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.
Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
Implements and maintains preventative maintenance programs.
Provides direction, development, and leadership to production supervisors.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience with film extrusion, flexible packaging, and KPI's.
Proven ability to lead cross-departmental teams and drive results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution.
Ability to monitor and assess performance of oneself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
