Scratch Pizza in Jurupa Valley is hiring a Pizza Maker / Shift leader to join our team. If you take pride in making high-quality pizza, thrive in a team setting, and want to work for a locally loved brand with no late nights, this is your chance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the closing shift, keeping operations smooth and efficient.
• Make pizzas from scratch with consistency and quality.
• Guide and motivate team members in both the kitchen and on deliveries.
• Handle customer needs with professionalism and positivity.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Assist the owner with key daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in pizza making or quick service restaurant management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
