Job Title: Warehouse Associate – General Labor
Location: Near Wendy Bagwell Pkwy, Hiram, GA (must live within a reasonable commute, have reliable transportation and valid Driver's license )
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire with Growth Potential
Shift Options:
First Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. This role involves handling inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work, fast-paced operations, and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup.
Restock shelves, bins, and storage areas.
Operate RF scanners to process inventory transactions.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Safely operate manual or powered equipment when required.
Perform tasks involving standing, walking, stair climbing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the shift.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with team members.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand basic English.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass a drug test.
Live within a reasonable commute to Wendy Bagwell Pkwy, Hiram, GA.
Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
Desired Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Familiarity with pallet jacks and other warehouse tools is a plus.
